UCP Resources grew its share in Сhelyabinsk Zinc Plant

Сhelyabinsk Zinc Plant (CZP) has received notification from Ilya Sherbovich that as at February 03, 2015 he indirectly controls 14,607,635 ordinary shares in the CZP through the company UCP Resources (direct control). This represents 26.95% of the existing issued share capital of СZP.

CZP is the Russian leading zinc and zinck alloys producer. In 2014 the plant produced 168,601 tons of salable SHG zinc.
