UMMC and Gindre formed a joint venture

UMMC-Non-Ferrous Metals, a subsidiary of Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC) and Gindre Duchavany, a subsidiary of the Gindre Group, formed a joint venture on Kolchuginsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant (Vladimir region).

The new joint venture will produce conductors intended to build the control units of electric traction motors.

This production is the next stage of localization of high-tech asynchronous traction drive and control systems for locomotives which is produced by Reylkomp, a joint venture of Transmashholding and Alstom, France.
