Norilsk Nickel signed a contract for the delivery of technology and equipment to Talnakh concentrator

Norilsk Nickel has signed a contract with Finnish Outotec for the delivery of technology and equipment to the 2nd expansion phase of Talnakh concentrator (Transpolar Division).

Outotec will deliver fully automated flotation complex including flotation cells in different sizes, equipment for thichkening department, electrification and automation control system.

Deliveries are scheduled to be completed in 2015. Once fully operational capacity of Talnakh concentrator will be over 10 million tonnes. For the first phase of Talnakh concentrator deliveries of Outotec flotation machines are going on and they are planned to be commissioned in the end of 2014.
