MMK’s hot-rolled products Mill 2000 sets all-time monthly record

MMK’shot-rolled products Mill 2000is one of the most impressive and state-of-art facilities in Russia. Its equipment makes it possible to produce the full range of steel grades.Sheet width varies from 760 mm to 1,830 mm. The Mill 2000 produces the broadest range of products of any MMK plant and includes around 1,000 items. The Mill produces steel for various industries including pipes, construction, and machinery manufacturing. Shipbuilding, structural and transformer steel is also rolled here, and the Mill produces rolled products that are used in automotive sheet production.

In 2014, the hot-rolled products Mill 2000 set its own all-time annual production record– nearly 6 million tons of metal.
