Economic revival possible in H2, presidential aide says

Although the Russian economy is unlikely to start recovering in the next three to four months, a certain revival is possible for a number of industries in the second half of 2009, Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich told a press conference today. He noted that according to analysts' estimates, the world economy had entered the phase of global recession, and the situation was becoming even more critical on the housing market. Dvorkovich also stressed that no positive housing data had been released from any country so far.
