TMK Announces New Appointments

TMK announces the appointment of Alexander Lyalkov, Senior Vice-President of TMK, as Managing Director of Volzhsky Pipe Plant. Elena Blagova, Managing Director of Volzhsky Pipe Plant since 2007, shall join TMK Management Company to take responsibility for new projects.

Alexander Lyalkov has over 30 years of experience in metals industry. He worked at the plant from 1980 to 2006, in charge of manufacturing processes from 1998. Mr Lyalkov was appointed General Director of the plant in 2002, to become Managing Director in 2004. Since August 2006, he has been working at TMK Management Company.
