NLMK appoints acting Senior Vice President

Mr. Igor Anisimov, NLMK's Vice President for Technical Upgrade and Development, has been appointed Acting Senior Vice President – Director General of Novolipetsk Steel (Lipetsk production site).

NLMK’s previous Vice President – Director General, Mr. Vladimir Nastich, retired on 11 October 2010.

Igor Anisimov was born in 1965 in Karaganda Region, Kazakhstan. From 2007 he held the office of Vice President for Technical Upgrade and Development at NLMK. From 2001 to 2006 he served as the Director for Purchasing, becoming Vice President for Purchasing in 2006. He has been working at NLMK since 1995. Mr. Anisimov graduated from Karaganda State University and the Russian Financial & Economic Correspondence Institute. He has a Ph.D. in Economics and is an Honorary Metallurgist.
