ChTPZ Group increased supplies by 63.6% in November 2009

In November 2009 Chelyabinsk Tube- Rolling Works and Pervouralsky Novotrubny Works (part of ChTPZ Group) supplied 98.2 ths tons of tubular products (63.6% up as compared to the corresponding period of 2008). Chelyabinsk Tube- Rolling Works November supplies reached 50.56 ths tons, while Pervouralsky Novotrubny Works supplied 47.6 ths tons of tubular products. A considerable increase has been registered in supplies of all types of tubular products, while the best dynamics have been registered in supplies of big diameter pipes (2.5 times up).
The total supplies of ChTPZ Group in January – November 2009 reached 1.011 mln tons (29% down as compared to the corresponding period of 2008). Fall in sales volumes as compared to 2008 is caused by a considerable fall in customers’ demand in the domestic market. Over the 11 months of 2009 as compared to the corresponding period of 2008 consumption has fallen by 21%.
Over the 11 months of 2009 Chelyabinsk Tube- Rolling Works has supplied 522.6 ths of tubular products including 324 ths tons of big diameter pipes. Since the beginning of 2009 Pervouralsky Novotrubny Works has supplied 488.4 ths tons of tubular products.
