Management System of Sredneuralsk Copper Melting Works Complies with International Standards

Specialists of Russian Register, a certification institution have inspected all the main plants of Sredneuralsk Copper Melting Works, some auxiliary divisions as well as plant management departments. Experts of Russian Register have appreciated preparation to the auditing of the whole works especially marking organization of operation of copper melting and dressing plants. Raw materials division, prices and contracts control division as well as personnel organization division have also been marked. “Employees of the works were showed interest in results of the auditing and cooperated with us so it was fully accomplished for the main principle of ISM is engaging of staff”, said D. Danilov, Head of Inspecting Group.

According to A. Borisov, Chief Engineer of the Works, IMS representatives who can be found in every plant or division of the works do a lot to develop the system. “Results of their work can be seen in every division. It includes inner documentation at all the working places, regular information of personnel as regards to quality, ecology and labor protection matters”, said A. Borisov.
